The aim of this Fayre is give visitors a positive and enjoyable experience so that they spread the word about our services or your products in the local community. Hopefully the event will be a great way to support and strengthen the Wellbeings-Feelbetter Collective here at Landguard Manor and also your own individual practices elsewhere.
You are asked to contribute £20 towards the costs of staging and promoting this event.

Wellbeings-Feelbetter Collective Open Day event details
Date and time: Saturday 14th December 2024 - 10.00am to 4pm
Cost: £20 per pitch. There are a few tables available but you may like to bring your own.
Setting up: From 8.30am - Please aim to be ready for opening at 10am.
Tables: There are plenty of chairs available but please bring your own display tables
Table decoration: Please bring a large sheet/table cloth to cover your table so that you can hide your stock, boxes, packaging underneath, out of sight. You are welcome to bring free-standing marketing roller banners or advertise on your table.
NB: No blutack/Sellotape or other adhesive is allowed on the walls/furnishings
Packing up: Packing up will start from 4pm. Please refrain from packing anything away earlier as we don’t want customers to feel rushed.
Rubbish: Please put any rubbish in the sacks provided

Terms and Conditions
- When returning your booking form, please make your payment at the same time (payment is non-refundable and non-transferable). The payment guarantees your booking.
- If you cancel your attendance, once it has been agreed and paid, due to any circumstance, you will not be refunded any costs. However, we do understand that this may happen so, where possible, if we are able to get a replacement to hire your stall, we will provide you with a refund.
- Please comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations as laid out by the venue. The organisers are not liable for any injuries to you or the customers around your stand. This means, that you must ensure there are no trip hazard risks around your stand. It is also your responsibility to point out to others of any health and safety issues you become aware of.
- The organisers will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables. You are ultimately responsible for your own property.
- You are solely responsible for any damage caused by you to the venue and payment for damage is your responsibility
